As Bilingual American trained pediatrician, Dr. Stefania Paesani is currently practicing in Milano. After having attended Medical School at the University of Bologna, she moved to the U.S. for further training.

Her pediatric Internship was completed at a Yale University affiliated hospital (Bridgeport Hospital), where she obtained the 1994 Intern of the Year Award. She then moved to Boston City Hospital / Boston University (now known as Boston Medical Center) for her Pediatric Residency. She was certified by the Amercan Board of Pediatrics in 1996 and again recertified in 2002.

In 1996 she joined a Multispecialty clinic (The Carbondale Clinic) in Southern Illinois, where she practiced in General pediatrics and also became Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the Southern Illinois University Family Practice Residency.

Upon her return to Italy in 1998, she worked in Modena, at the Hesperia Hospital in the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Ward, taking care of the pediatric aspect of newborns, children and adolescents with complex heart disease.

Since 2000 she has a private practice in Milan and she is the School Pediatrician at the International School of Milan Having acquired a broad experience thanks to her American training, Dr. Paesani has currently in her care newborns, toddlers, school age children, adolescents and young adults.
